Two dedicated lamination machines and an offline UV/Aqueous coating machine with online curing.

Cutting & Finishing

Guillotine Cutters

Two fully programmed Wohlen Berg Regent and Nagai (Japan) machines for precise paper cutting for manuals, scrapbooks, labels, and instruction sheets.

Punching Machines

One fully automated and four manual punching machines with laser-cut tooling for accurate carton design, cutting, and folding, operated by an experienced team.

Side & Bottom Pasting

Two high-speed machine capable of pasting 30,000 cartons per hour.

Corrugated Board & Carton Production

In-house Corrugation

Two-ply auto plant with speed capacity of 100m/min, producing multi-printed E/B/F flute cartoons for display, primary, and secondary packaging.

Additional Corrugation Machinery

Includes E-flute (42”) and B-flute (54”) high-speed corrugators, a sheet cutter, two pasting machines, a creasing/scoring machine, two punching machines, board/paper flex printing, stitching machines, flute laminator and an automatic instruction folding machine.

Rigid Box & Book Production
